We’re updating our login system to improve security. During this transition, some applications will have a new login window, while others will temporarily keep the old one. Both will work in parallel.
What to do the first time logging in through the New System:
The language for Maritech Cloud is now selected before login, so make sure to set your preference. Language can be changed by logging out, setting language and in again:
There are two potentials ways that you may normally login to the system. Actions to update to the new login for each method are slightly different:
IF you used email and password to login to the old system, you have to click “Forgot password”. Follow the process as described, and you will receive a link to reset your password. Once that is done, login as usual, and you’re done.
If you previously logged in with Microsoft, click the Microsoft button. For linked accounts, this will bring you right in. If your account is not linked, please continue reading.
If your user account has not been linked to the new system yet, you will see a page explaining the account linking process.
You might get a page that says "Account already exists" – Click "Add to existing account".
An email will be sent to you with a link to complete the process.
This email may take up to 5 minutes to arrive.
If you don’t receive it, ensure that you have entered the correct work email and use the resend email option.
If you have multiple organization accounts or domains, you may be prompted to select the one you want to use to access the application.
Why This Change?
✅ Improved security and compliance with modern authentication standards.
